Immersion paint shop

Castings painting is carried out in a fully automated paint shop controlled by PLC. Castings are transported via suspended rail and immersed in a bath of paint. Afterwards, they make their way into the heating tunnel and finally to the packing station. The paint used is eco- friendly and waterborne.

Powder paint shop

We have an automatic powder paint shop with a suspended transport system. The weight of a single casting passing through the powder paint shop must not exceed 5kg.
