The foundry is equipped with a cutting- edge sand processing station with a capacity of 160Mg/h, fitted with:

• Two KUTTNER SAVELLI SGMT2500 turbine mixers with ceramic bowl lining, each equipped with two high-speed turbines
• The KUTTNER SAVELLI SAND COOLER SK150

The processing station holds 600 Mg of moulding sand in a closed circuit. Ingredients dosage and supervision over the parameters is carried out automatically.

The moulding sand is tested in our lab. In addition, the parameters are periodically checked by the CLARIANT company
