The offer of KZO includes a wide range of designs of valve surface boxes, various types of valves and underground hydrants. We offer round, oval and square boxes, dedicated to water and gas installations. The most popular models are 4056, 4057 and 4055.

Apart from cast iron boxes, KZO offers boxes with a PE-HD plastic body. The covers of these products are made of gray cast iron. In the above version, there are valve boxes and underground hydrants: 4056, 4055 and fig. 149.

Gray cast iron is the best material for manholes, boxes and inlets to be used for roads. Grey cast iron products perfectly dampen vibrations and dissipate heat. They are heavy and not prone to pitting corrosion. They are produced in A15, B125, C250, D400 classes. Covers can be made of cast iron only or be filled with concrete (B, C, D classes). Body height can be either H115 or H150. Manholes are adjusted to locking covers. Additionally, covers with vents are available. Products are offered both raw or painted with ecological paint. The covers can be provided with any logo.

Self-leveling manholes manufactured by KZO are characterized by a very good vibration damping ratio and high quality of workmanship. The design of the self-leveling (floating) manhole distributes the pressure forces on the asphalt surface, thus relieving the concrete wells. They are offered with or without a locking cover.

Gray cast iron is the best material for manholes, boxes and inlets to be used for roads. Grey cast iron products perfectly dampen vibrations and dissipate heat. There are two body types available: ¾- suitable under the curb and 4/4 (full). The body can be adapted to the sediment basket. Should the body not adapted to the basket be installed, an adapter can be used. The grate can be installed in the body loosely or on a hinge. The grate is adapted for locking. Mounting of the grating in the body on 6 supports. The grating support surface is larger than in the case of 8 supports of other manufacturers.

Inlets intended for installation in curbs with a height of 120mm and 150mm. Due to this solution, rainwater is collected both by the horizontal and the vertical surface of the inlet. After installation, the inlet covers a small area measured from the curb, which minimizes the possibility of driving through it. It is available in C250 and D400 class.

Intended for sectional water collection from the wearing surface level and deck plate waterproofing  level. They are made in D400 class only with vertical axial drain, vertical eccentric drain and side drain. Railway bridge drainage is a special solution for collecting water from under the layer of crushed stone on the track-way.

Due to the material from which they are made (ductile iron), it is recommended to use them on roads with low traffic and in areas where the access to the product is limited to a minimum. This is due to the characteristics of ductile iron, i.e. lower vibration damping capacity. The products have a strength of up to 40 tons, which is confirmed by tests and a certificate.

The range of telescopic manholes and inlets is wide. We offer products in strength classes A, B and D, in two body sizes (STANDARD and MAX) and adapted to DN315 and DN400 pipes. You can order them with or without an installed L500 PVC pipe.

Gray cast iron manhole steps are resistant to deep corrosion. As a result, they have been installed in concrete wells for many years. KZO’s offer includes several of the most popular and reliable designs appreciated by customers.

If requested by the customer, we can place any markings on manhole covers (B, C, D class). These may be coats of arms, company logos, names and inscriptions. The markings can be contained in a circle with a diameter ranging from 190mm to 400mm in case of cast iron covers and a diameter of 190mm and 250mm in case of covers with concrete filling.
